Bradbury Mountain State Park – Gathering Moss: What’s green and fuzzy and everywhere?

Explore the diminutive world of mosses. Ranger Jeff Pengel will explain the basics of ID (mossing) but avoid technical vocabulary. We will delve into their unique biological adaptations and ecology. Bring a hand lens if you have one, otherwise we’ll provide a loaner. Meet at the stone bench in front of the picnic pavilion.
