Both dinners include salt potatoes\, cole slaw\, corn on the cob\, and lemon cornmeal cake with wild Maine blueberry sauce. In preparation for the 42nd Trek Across Maine—a three-day\, 180-mile scenic bike ride hosted by the American Lung Association—we will be partnering with our neighbors at L.L.Bean to host training sessions beginning on May 6th. Wednesday Night Rides will continue as a fun\, community opportunity after the Trek is completed on June 21st\, offering cyclists the option to meet and ride together. \nThese events are open to participants with differing schedules and availabilities—rides will feature a rolling start time anywhere between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.
