They will share some basic information about how mushrooms grow\, where they can be found as well as some mushroom species that can usually be found in this area. Everyone will have the opportunity to create a spore print\, and then the group will take a walk on our wooded trail to look for any signs of fungi growth and the places where they can often be found later on in the season. Each family or individual participant will get to take home their own Lion’s Mane mushroom kit to grow indoors ($30 value)! This class is open to all ages\, families welcome.
