DESCRIPTION:Stretch out of the winter blues with some farm yoga! These sessions will be led by Ren Hawkes of Village Yoga in Gorham and held in the Smith Center building. Ren will use the setting of Wolfe’s Neck Center to inspire the themes of this class\, interweaving the farm\, sustainability\, and awareness of the earth into the flow. Please bring a mat if you have one\, open to yogis of any and all skill levels. No registration fee\, a cash donation of $10 is encouraged. \nRen Hawkes (she/her) has been studying yoga for 30 years\, completing her 200 hours of YTT with the Portland Yoga Project. DESCRIPTION:Stretch out of the winter blues with some farm yoga! These sessions will be led by Ren Hawkes of Village Yoga in Gorham and held in the Smith Center building. Ren will use the setting of Wolfe’s Neck Center to inspire the themes of this class\, interweaving the farm\, sustainability\, and awareness of the earth into the flow. Please bring a mat if you have one\, open to yogis of any and all skill levels.
