Join our long time yoga teacher, Eliza, for a new weekly workshop every Friday at 9am in the Bradley Room. Eliza will lead the Mediation Group through gentle breathwork and guided meditation for 45 minutes.
Bring your yoga mat or a comfortable pillow for sitting.
