Freeport Farmers Market is back in full swing! Our location is new, in Memorial Park! It looks to be a wonderful spot, with lots of shade (no wilting veggies!), benches to sit on and easy parking across the street in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot. Many of last year’s vendors are coming back – Yay! – and there are lots of new vendors as well.
This year we’re pleased to be offering SNAP, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, for those who qualify – hoping to help make beautiful, healthy, locally grown food accessible to more and more people.
