Join Gems & Geodes on Thursday, April 2nd, from 5:30 to 7pm for a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga with Reiki event.
We are excited to welcome two talented practitioners to walk participants through this magical experience. Jane Redlon will offer beautiful sound healing while Michelle Adshead will guide everyone into restorative postures and offer energy healing through Reiki.
