Grains To Glass

Join us for Grain to Glass Freeport as we help to educate people on the grains that help to make delicious beer.
On a farm less than 2 miles from Freeport breweries, the Maine Grain Alliance has planted two plots of barley. On Saturday, November 4, the MGA is inviting people to Inman Farm in Freeport, so they can see grain growing first-hand in addition to the equipment used in the growing and harvesting processes. We will be serving up Maine Craft Pizza for sale along with fresh pressed cider. the event is free to the public!
The MGA will be arranging buses to pick up visitors at breweries to transport to and from the farm. (There is very limited parking at the farm.) There are
three designated pick up spots shuttling folks back and forth all afternoon.
