The five sequential sessions will take place each Wednesday in April from 10:30-11:45am in the FCL Meeting Room. \nTend to your wellbeing through this simple yet profound practice of pausing\, listening within\, reflecting\, and planting seeds for the peace and ease you wish to grow.
