Porters Landing Guest House & Artist Studio – Beginner Micro-Mosaic Class

In this one day class, we will begin with creating a micro mosaic pendant. Then, we will create a micro-mosaic scene inside of a small frame! You’ll learn modern techniques to create this beautiful art form, originally produced in the 16th century by the Vatican School in Italy. Instruction will include how to safely cut and use filati and millefiori, proper adhesives and puddy, where to purchase supplies, and of course help designing your creations!
