Join Alyssa Adkins of Farthest Field Farm for a farmer and gardener focused, slow flow vinyasa class on the first Wednesday of every month. The class will be a mix of strong poses interspersed with (optional) vinyasa flows, stretching, with lots of focus on the breath and plenty of time for rest at the end. Modifications will be given for poses during class and feel free to ask questions before class begins!
Bring your own yoga mat and, if you have them, yoga blocks, and a blanket or towel.
$15 general; $10 MOFGA members. Class is limited to 16 participants.
