Wolfe’s Neck Center – Tree Medicine

So many trees found in Maine carry medicinal properties that we can use to support the body and mind. In this class, we will explore how to identify and make herbal preparations from trees including white pine, hawthorn, elder, willow, spruce, birch, and more. We will enjoy sipping on teas make from certain parts of the trees, and leave with an understanding of how to incorporate tree medicine into your everyday life. This program is for ages 12 and up.
