Sarah of Abacus Beadworks began her journey in creativity growing up along the coast of southern Maine. The inspirations found in her custom beadworks come from travel, her career as an interior designer, and her love of art.

Sarah’s jewelry is created using traditional freehand bead-weaving techniques. Lightweight Japanese seed beads and upcycled stone, glass, wood, and metal beads are used in her work.
