My name is Kim Wheeler and I own a licensed cottage bakery located in Gorham, ME. I specialize in customized sugar cookies for birthdays, weddings and other events and holidays, and I also do a variety of gourmet drop cookies. The three pictures I attached are some of my favorite custom sets from the last 3 months. I like to work with people make their event “extra sweet” with a touch of personalization.
I’ve been decorating cookies for 5 years, and I love creating themed event cookies with different flavors. My other flavors include: chocolate, mint chocolate chip, strawberry lemonade and pumpkin spice. For the festival I would focus on a fall theme as well as outdoors and adventure. I would also do live decorating demonstrations and allow patrons to purchase a mini kit to try a hand at decorating themselves! I also host cookie classes for kids and at Definitive Brewing.
