We began making Oyster shell jewelry dishes as a gift giving gesture for family and friends during the pandemic. After all of their encouragement we started a Mother-Daughter company on Etsy called Maines Golden Oyster. We paint and decoupage each shell with many features of Maine including lobsters, lupines, pinecones, whales, crabs and other sea creatures. A new line of blueberries, floral patterns and greenery has been a great success too! They have many uses including Jewelry dish, Salt dish, Teabag rest, Spoon rest and as a nice Display.
