Our salt is unique. We travel deep out in the ocean from York Harbor to hand harvest our sea water, ensuring we get the crispest clearest water you can find. We believe you can’t have the best sea salt without using the best sea water.
The water is then transported to our greenhouses located on the York River. There, it is solar evaporated to the perfect salinity, at which point we gently heat the brine to produce the most delicious flake finishing salt.
