Adult & Teen Challenge Maine is a non – profit 12 month residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. We have a vocational piece to our program called “The Carpenter Shop”. Here the residents learn how to make beautiful handmade cutting boards and rolling pins. We use different types of wood like maple, ash, black walnut, cherry, purple heart. When someone purchases a cutting board or rolling pin from us the proceeded go right back into our program to help offset the cost of a resident wanting to come into our program. We do not turn anyone away from treatment who may not have the funds or insurance.
