Makers on Main
Join us on Main Street in Freeport on the first Saturday of each month from May through September for Makers on Main. We’ve invited some of our favorite New England Makers to pop-up along Main Street to offer a delightful array of artwork and crafts for sale. New for 2021, some of our local oyster farmers will be joining us each month to celebrate this tasty and environmentally critical bivalve!
Enjoy browsing for just the right piece to add to your collection, plus sample all the fun of a day in Freeport!
There’s plenty of elbow room & fresh air.

Makers on Main vendors are all required follow operating guidance from the State of Maine and CDC. All vendors will have hand sanitizer available.
We’re asking guests to help keep everyone safe & healthy too. Please stay home if you are sick!
Additionally, many of our brick & mortar stores are moving to contactless payment, most makers prefer it as well. Be prepared that some might not accept cash.
Starting in June, masks will no longer be required of vendors and shoppers who are fully vaccinated. We strongly encourage anyone not fully vaccinated to wear a mask when in close quarters with others. Complimentary masks are available at the Visit Freeport Information Center at 115 Main Street.
Please note that as State and Federal Guidelines change, these policies may be relaxed or enhanced.
