Freeport Community Library – Family Yoga with Sara Helman

Join us for an interactive yoga class for children 0-5 (and older!) with their caregivers on Thursday, June 5 from 10:15-10:45, in place of storytime. We will connect to ourselves and each other through partner yoga, breathing, songs, dance, and games to have fun while promoting self-awareness and regulation.
