What’s Late To The Party All About?
The counterpart to traditional Oktoberfest Marzen, our Festbier is brewed with Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts—and hopped with Tettnang for a more pale, hop-forward final product that drinks somewhere between an Export-strength Lager such as Helles Bock, and a traditional German Pils. Late to the Party sees about 6 weeks of lagering and is packaged without filtration, yielding a richly textured and medium-bodied libation that announces itself with dark fruit, bread crust, and grassy spice.
