Did reading the name of this class make you bristle with discomfort? Good! Get in the door. This class gets us out of our comfort zone in the most delicious way. The lights are extremely low. The music is loud. Wear whatever makes you feel sexiest – lingerie, yoga clothes, a big t-shirt. All is welcome. We will tap into our “lover” archetype through sultry music, sexy dance moves, and self-touch. No choreography – this is a “follow-the-leader” style class, a deep stretch, a roll-around-on-the-floor style. It flows seamlessly without pauses so you can go deeply inward. It’s a student favorite, and it’s back by popular demand – just in time for Valentine’s Day. Been feeling like you need to get your “mojo” back? Here you go!
