Wolfe’s Neck Center – Ricotta Gnocchi Workshop

Join Chef Malcolm Kelly to learn how to make ricotta cheese gnocchi. These pillowy Italian dumplings are a great way to blow away your next dinner party. This is building on the skills learned in our cheese making classes (not a prerequisite). We will make, form and cook these dumplings then sit down and enjoy a late lunch together. You will come away with new skills, a full belly and a recipe to take home.
