Dogpatch Farm humanely raises pigs in the woods and poultry in the fields of Washington, ME. We offer four flavors of Hard dry Salami, ready to heat pulled pork, Bolognese/Ragu sauce, Groton, guanciale and rendered lard, all made with our woodland raised pork. As part of our whole animal utilization, we make lard soap, lip balm, lotion and candles.
