Wolfe’s Neck Center – Hot Sauce Summer: Hot Sauce Making Class

Spice up your summer with some homemade hot sauce! Chef Malcolm will lead a group through the process of creating your own hot sauce using fresh ingredients from our fields. This class will build on some of the skills from the pickling workshop (not a prerequisite) and will go over how to balance flavors and manage heat. Everyone will go home with a jar of their own spicy concoction.
