Pineland Farms – Plein Air Landscape Painting

Description: Join us for a live en plein air landscape painting class! Learn to make a beautiful observational painting from a professional artist. Claire Valentine, of Following Seas Studio, will teach you how to capture the structure, shades, and majesty of summer on the farm. Perfect for beginners, fun for artists of all levels. Class will be taught with acrylic paint and utilize traditional oil painting techniques.
About your instructor: Claire Valentine is a painter with five years of teaching experience and Bachelor of Fine Art from Tufts University. She loves the outdoors, the Maine farming community, and is passionate about introducing others to art. Claire has exhibited work in Maine, Boston, and London.
