Mountain biking season is officially extended! This exciting course will introduce you to the unique sport of fat biking, where you’ll pedal through beautiful winter landscapes using our special fat-tire bikes. Equipped with extra-wide studded tires, these bikes provide extra float and traction for cold-weather rides on frozen ground – and even over snow and ice.
After a brief review of gear, clothing, bike safety and proper bike fit, you’ll embark on about an hour ride on some local trails with wide, easy-rolling terrain.
All necessary biking equipment is provided.
