Uprise Hot Yoga & Fitness – Prenatal Movement Series

More than a “prenatal yoga” class: join Sami, a 10-year doula and birth physiology expert, for a movement class that is way more than just “safe” for pregnant women – it is actually designed to improve your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.
While you learn movements to support your body in whatever stage you are on the childbearing continuum, practice mindfulness techniques beneficial for both birth and motherhood, and enhance your physical ease and well-being, you’ll also be regulating your nervous system to benefit both you and your baby.
This class will incorporate both relaxing and invigorating exercises that can contribute to a better experience in birth and recovery.
In addition, this class will act as a supportive group, to connect women with other mothers and to hold space for the challenges and excitements of this sacred time.
This is a 6 week series. Fridays at 5:30 pm.
