Wolfe’s Neck Center – Mozzarella Making

Join Chef Malcolm Kelly to learn how to make Mozzarella from scratch. We will take Wolfe’s Neck Center milk and turn it into this classic cheese. You will take home your own cheese and the knowledge to make it yourself. We will also visit the cows that gave us the milk we will use and get a tour of our milking parlor.
