Wolfe’s Neck Center – Flower Essences Workshop

Flower essences are infusions of flowers used to assist the mind-body-spirit connection in various ways. Dr. Edward Bach brought flower essences into modern day awareness in the 1930s and they have been an expanding form of plant medicine ever since.
In this workshop, we will talk about how to make and use flower essences, and you will get to make your very own flower essence to bring home using a flower of your pick from the farm. *Please bring an empty glass jar or bowl with you.*
Led by Allie Armstrong Wellness, herbalist and functional medicine health coach. Ages 12 and up. Workshop will be hosted outdoors while practicing social distancing (6 feet apart).
$15 per person, recommended for ages 12 & up
