An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 19, 2023
This class will enhance your overall health with strength and flexibility challenges and plenty of modifications for all. Bring your own weights, between 3 & 10lbs.
Therese Liptak has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 25 years with certifications from ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA (Athletic and Fitness Association). Therese enjoys moving to music while strengthening her muscles and working on balance and flexibility.
