Freeport Community Services – 22nd Annual Freeze Out!

February 21 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Freezin’ for Food & Fuel Security
For the past 22 years at Freeze Out, we have been “Freezin’ for a Reason.” In keeping with that tradition, we’ll be standing outside at different locations in Freeport and Pownal to raise funds and awareness about food and fuel security. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for FCS’ food and fuel programs in our 22nd year, to ensure all our neighbors have what they need this winter. Thank you for your donation!

Support These Local Businesses During Freeze Out
So many local shops and restaurants have pitched in for our Freeze Out Fundraiser. Consider stopping by on Saturday, February 21. When you eat or shop locally, you can help support Freeze Out, too!

Many are donating 10% of sales throughout the day on Feb. 21, unless otherwise noted. Be sure to stop by and thank them all for supporting Freeze Out:
Buck’s Naked BBQ
Toad & Co. Freeport: donating a percentage of sales all week long
Palmer & Co: donating a percentage of sales all day 2/21
Freeport Oyster Bar
Mast Landing Brewing: Donating $1/pint sold on 2/21 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Island Treasure Toys
Liberty Graphics
Spice & Tea Exchange: donating a percentage of sales all day 2/2
Freeport Dunkin’ Donuts and Yarmouth Brickyard Hollow are helping nourish our volunteers. Kennebec Savings will be matching up to $1,200 of donations collected by volunteers on Saturday, and Norway Savings Bank has already pledged $1,000 to Freeze Out. Thank you to all for your generosity!
