FREE(port) SPEECH – Impact of the Supreme Court Affirmative Action Ruling on College Admissions
August 22 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Join us for a conversation with three former presidents of Colby, Bates and Bowdoin, in which we hear their reaction to the Supreme Court’s decisions in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and v. North Carolina and their perspectives on what admissions processes should and/or will look like going forward in a discussion moderated by Prof. Renée Landers of Suffolk University Law School.
This much anticipated and very timely discussion will be held at the air conditioned Freeport Performing Arts Center (FPAC) at 30 Holbrook St. in Freeport with the lecture starting at 7:00pm, preceded by our usual live musical prelude at 6:30pm.
Tickets are now on sale on Eventbrite and can be purchased HERE More complete details are also available on our website
