Glass Mermaid Studio – Gel Plate Printing Class

Gel printing is a lot of fun! With simple gelatin-based plates (think eco-friendly!) you can create lovely, unique prints without using lots of equipment and supplies. In this lively class you’ll learn to make botanical prints, as well as ones using stamps or stencils that can readily be transformed into cards or perhaps as the covers of handmade books (see Suanne’s SIMPLE ARTIST BOOKS class). Fees include all of the materials you’ll need to make several prints as well as the 4” x 6” gel plate which is yours to keep.
