We are beyond excited to announce our first community event in the new store, and it only felt fitting to have it be our beloved book club-ish evening, NOVEL CHATS!
Our pick this time is Hello, Sunshine by NYT bestselling author Laura Dave. Described as “a delightfully addictive page-turner” and “clever beach bag must-have,” this is a easy read centered around a woman’s identity crisis when her professional world crumbles, and her struggle to redefine and redeem herself in a new way.
For those new to Novel Chats, it is an evening for all book lovers to come chat and connect about whatever you are reading, listening to, or have on your TBR list. We choose a book each time for conversation to center around, though there is no requirement to finish – or even start! – the selected book. It is totally relaxed, drop in style with some cocktails and mocktails and conversation starting at 5:30 and going til whenever. (And yes the store is open for shopping too!)
