L.L.Bean – Made in Maine Concert Series: GoldenOak

GoldenOak’s music is rooted in the natural landscape – their songs move like a stream, meandering and weaving in an original yet grounding direction. Fronted by siblings Zak and Lena Kendall, along with bassist Mike Knowles and drummer Jackson Cromwell, GoldenOak’s music calmly excites its listeners while nestled in rich folk-influenced sibling harmony. The Maine-based band has built a steady and growing fan base with this kind of energetic intimacy.
Free concerts every Saturday, 7 p.m. We’ve invited some of the best hometown talent to take the stage in Discovery Park. Grab a bite from local food trucks and support some of our favorite Maine musicians.
Guests are welcome to put out chairs starting at 4 p.m. No blankets on the lawn please.
