L.L.Bean – Made in Maine Concert Series: Muddy Ruckus

Muddy Ruckus is a “darkly inventive” rock duo according to the New York Music Daily. Guitarist Ryan Flaherty and drummer Erika Stahl of Portland, Maine, play a grungy style of railroad indie punk blues – a stripped-down sound that delivers full rock band energy, blending rootsy guitar and edgy percussion on a suitcase drum kit. In the spring of 2023, the band released their fourth full-length album, Vacationland, featuring 14 red-hot tracks that blend psychedelic rock, punk blues, and fiery lyrics into a sound that’s uniquely Muddy Ruckus.
Free concerts every Saturday, 7 p.m. We’ve invited some of the best hometown talent to take the stage in Discovery Park. Grab a bite from local food trucks and support some of our favorite Maine musicians.
Guests are welcome to put out chairs starting at 4 p.m. No blankets on the lawn please.
