Linda Bean’s Maine Kitchen & Topside Tavern – Beer & Bites

Local pairings in collaboration with Cushnoc Brewing Co. The event begins at 5:30pm with introductions and a beer social. Enjoy Peasant Pilsner. Charcuterie Board offerings, house-made sauces and toasted nuts.
The 6pm offerings include:
1st Course: Kresege (Cushnoc Kolsh), tempura fried oyster, red pepper remoulade, Napa slaw
2nd Course: Cargo Shorts Juicy IPA, Arancini smoked mozzarella, peas, smoked bacon, house-made pesto, & marinara
3rd Course: Lawyer Up Coffee Porter, hot chocolate tiramisu topped with toasted marshmallows
