Get ready for Maine’s seventh annual Seaweed Week! From Friday, April 25th, through Sunday, May 4th, we’re bringing you a seaweed-centered celebration across the state and here at Freeport Oyster Bar!  Think kelp burgers, seaweed beer and cocktails, and everything in between at your favorite local bars and restaurants. Plus, dive into hands-on events like seaweed cooking classes, workshops and farm tours, and specialty tastings brought to you by Maine’s seaweed experts. You could say we’re a little “kelp-crazy” around here, but by the end of the week we think you’ll be hooked too.
