Maine Seaweed Week

Seaweed Week, an annual food and drink festival celebrating Maine’s kelp harvest, returns to restaurants, breweries, and businesses across the state for its sixth year this April. From Friday, April 19th, through Sunday, April 28th, folks can enjoy seaweed food and drink specials – from kelp burgers to craft cocktails – and unique events like seaweed cooking workshops and farm tours, all celebrating this sustainable superfood. With over 70 businesses
participating annually, Seaweed Week is the largest seaweed food and drink festival in North America.
