Meetinghouse Arts – Luminous Landscape: Color & Composition By Philip Frey

This is your opportunity for an in-depth exploration of composition and color usage in landscape painting. Philip will present the fundamentals of composition, color theory, as well as best photo and sketching practices. Students will be working from their own landscape reference material. Each day will include a short demo, a lecture on color or composition, a lesson, and a critique of student’s work. Philip will be demonstrate in oil color. Pre-class instructions and materials list will be supplied at registration.
