Meetinghouse Arts – Sara Cox

Cape Porpoise, Maine-based singer-songwriter Sara Cox spent her childhood in Nashville, TN. She wrote her first song on ukulele at age 9, and the lyrics and songs on her albums reflect her southern roots and the hours spent listening to records on repeat, singing harmonies in headphones. Cox’s parents are musicians, and she grew up in a household where three-part harmony was a part of the usual after-dinner entertainment.
