An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 28, 2024
Connect to your body and mind through breath work, flowing shapes, and relaxation designed to promote strength and mobility in a supportive, grounded practice. All levels welcome. This is a free community offering; donations accepted. The next Slow Flow Yoga class is April 23 at Meetinghouse Arts. No class on April 30. Class cancellations will be reflected in the newsletter and on our website.
