Pineland Farms – Winter Solstice Forest Bathing

Pineland Farms has partnered with Hughes Kraft to offer Forest Bathing. Hughes is a Certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide and loves to share his knowledge and love of the spectacular landscapes of Maine uniquely.

Forest Bathing is a two-hour opportunity to slow down and connect with oneself while connecting with nature. It is not a destination hike or a naturalist walk. It is an invitation to explore the relationship between being human and the more-than-human world and connect with the health and wellness within oneself and quiet the nervous system.
