Forest Bathing is not a destination hike or a naturalist walk; it’s an invitation to deepen your relationship with the natural world and with yourself. Through presence and stillness, you’ll cultivate balance, restore your nervous system, and honor the abundance of the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, when light reaches its peak and invites celebration, vitality, and reflection.
