Join us for a guided beer and food pairing experience featuring local cheese and chocolate with Allagash beers! As part of the experience, guests will receive a welcome pour of Allagash White, followed by a brief lesson of general beer and food pairing concepts. The main event introduces four Allagash beers perfectly paired with a sample of local cheese or chocolate. Each pairing has been hand selected by our team of experts.
