Through the Trees – Family Gathering: Mindfulness in Nature

For this family nature class, Through the Trees Youth Program Director, Jenn Casoni will lead participants of all ages in meaningfully connection with nature. The time together will begin with a group circle in which the four directions (East, South, West, North) are called in. Based on group size and ages, Jenn may offer invitations to create a nature mandala, connect with a tree spirit, take a mindful walk to Frost Gully Brook and use all of the senses to observe nature’s magical messages. Closing will include a gratitude circle.
