Along with the first batches of our maple syrup, we’re creating something else very special for Maine Maple Sunday – freeze dried maple sap! We filter the sap right from the tree and then freeze dry it to remove all of the water. What’s left is a delicate and delicious pure maple sugar – perfect for tea or coffee, sprinkled on berries or buttered toast, or of course, as a pancake topper. Jars will be available in our farm market on Sunday, March 22nd!
