We are partnering with Mast Landing to bring you this feel-good monthly event in Freeport! Join Sami for her style of this primal, somatic, rhythm-driven movement practice – this practice is co-created with the musicians Pete Whitehead (drums) and Benny Z (saxophone) to bring you a truly galactic experience! The bigger space provided by Mast Landing is going to allow us to get even more souls on board for this collective energy lift! Stick around after for some lunch with our studio fam.
