Uprise Hot Yoga & Dance – Restore Yoga with Live Violin

Join Sami for a restorative yoga class set to the soundscape of live violin provided by Freeport native Emily Sclar. This class will utilize very supported postures to reset and relax the nervous system. It is unheated & postures are held for several minutes at a time. While you’re relaxing, enjoy Reiki hands-on assists from Sami and the beautiful live vibrations of violin. *Please bring a pillow & blanket.
