Uprise Hot Yoga & Dance – Sunday Classes

Hot Hatha: 8:30-9:30am – This class (popularized by Bikram*) includes 26 set postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. This immensely popular style is proven to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, lessen pain, and promote weight loss & strength gain. The pace of this class is slow, methodical, and meditative, but challenging. It will satisfy beginners and advanced yogis alike! Unlike other Hot 26 classes, ours are 60 MINUTES and include great music!  BOOK

Step Up: 10-10:45am – Step Up(rise!) is not your mama’s step class! It is a hybrid of step aerobics and various dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Afrobeat, done to various music genres including these as well as Reggae & Reggaetone, Rap, and R&B. You’ll be sweaty, your legs will thank you, you’ll smile the whole time!  BOOK

Flow to Restore: 4-5pm – Join us for this fusion class that is the absolute best way to wind down your week. 30 minutes of slow flow yoga winds us down to 30 minutes of restorative postures accompanied by Reiki hands-on assists (optional) and soothing soundscapes (sometimes with live music accompaniment!). Bring any pillows and blankets that you love.  BOOK
