Join us for a six week series of free yoga, every Thursday at Winslow Park + Campground, 7-8 am.
Start out the weekend with a sense of peace and groundedness after immersing yourself in nature with a steady, soft practice that will accommodate all levels and abilities. Leave feeling connected and clear in your body and mind. ?️
Pre registration is strongly encouraged as it allows us to send you notifications if class is cancelled due to weather. ?️ Please bring your own mat.
